Proteins are essential for our bodies in order for them to function properly, as they help provide energy, heal our body and keep our stomach satisfied. They are composed of long-chain amino acids which are building blocks of muscles.
However, in the case of lack of protein, our body will send us several signals that we all need to look out for:

Proteins are essential to build all the compounds in our immune system, so without them, our immunity is weakened.
7-Difficulty sleeping
Serotonin deficiency is one of the most common causes for insomnia.
8-Headache
Lacking proteins is one of the more famous causes of anemia and low blood sugar levels, which as a result causes headaches.
