The Cucumber diet plan for an entire day:
- plate cucumber salad
- hard boiled eggs
- 5 plums or 1 big apple or 1 peach (lower than 200gr)
- 1 piece toasted wheat bread with a bowl of cucumber salad
- What you need for cucumber salad:
- 400 gr of cucumber, 200ml of sour milk or yogurt(it is your choice), Himalayan salt and fresh onion
Preparation Method
- To prepare the salad you need for this diet, you should first cut the cucumber and then put some salt and mix.
- The second thing you should do is to add sour milk or yogurt in the cucumber and mix again.
- At the end add some onion.
Cucumber Shake :
Needed ingredients for Cucumber Shake:
- 1 cucumber.
- 1 apple.
- 1 hand of washed spinach.
Method of preparation:
In order to make the cucumber shake, putting the ingredients
in a blender and blend. Add some fresh ginger in the blend. Drink the
shake while it is fresh.
